International Sales focuses on promoting UK residential developments and homes in the secondary market to global buyers.

International Lettings delivers a bespoke service to overseas landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth, personalised rental experiences.

We also extend our global reach by offering a full suite of services, including Residential Development & Investment, Private Office, Build to Rent, and access to our wide network of UK offices. Our team works closely with clients worldwide to fulfil property requirements, no matter where they are based.

There is generally no restriction for non-UK citizen from buying property in UK. The UK has an open property market that welcome foreign investments. However, there is currently an additional Stamp Duty Land Tax for non-UK residents. Please speak to our International Sales Consultants for more information.

There are no additional cost. Our fees are the same for overseas and local landlords, and there is no fee for tenants. Our International Lettings is a free service, helping overseas landlords and tenants entering the UK rental market.
You will likely need a lettings agent to help let and manage the property for you while you live overseas, who you will pay a lettings and management fee to. There are a few other costs including deposit protection, referencing, cleaning and maintenance, compliance related costs, service charge and ground rent. In between tenancies, you will also need to pay the utility bills and council tax. Once a year, you will need to pay an income tax based on the rental income.
