I've had a great experience with Hamptons in Newbury as a landlord. Since day 1, the team were very responsive, and Oliver in the lettings team was extremely courteous, proactive and professional in finding me a tenant, and assisting with other property matters. I would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons to any other landlords in the area, as they will absolutely take care of you. Whatever you do, please stay away from Chancellors; there are only two good agents in the area and Hamptons is one of them. 👍
