I imagine that there are always a few problems that arise during the course of a property sale. We encountered a number of these in our recent transaction. In part this was because we were not geographically close to the property to be sold, and in addition we were resident in a different legal jurisdiction. I can't think how we would have coped without the assistance of the staff at Hamptons, and in particular Natalie and Abi who acted for us.
