So far so good! We have recently moved into a Hamptons managed property and Harriet in Lettings was wonderful and communicative. Now that we are in, our property manager, Jennifer, has been very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues that have popped up (which have been few). This is vastly different than my experience with our previous letting agency (who shall not be named) and it's a breath of fresh air!

Buying through Hamptons was a good experience. Time was pressing and all the staff made helpful efforts to ensure that the purchase went through as quickly as possible. Questions for the vendors were also handled smoothly and promptly. All of the staff put themselves out to provide a good service.
