Batheaston is a popular village on the eastern outskirts of the city of Bath, near Bathampton.

Batheaston is full of history and charm with many countryside and canal walks on your door step.

You can enjoy a walk into Bath, via the Kennet & Avon canal in approximately 45 minutes heading towards the Bathampton Mill and The George one of the oldest pubs in Bathampton. Or a flat walk along the London Road will take you to Walcot Street.

Walks towards Solsbury Hill (where the Artist Peter Gabrielle gained his inspiration for his famous song), St. Catherine's valley the former home of Jane Seymour is also a beautiful place to visit.
