Please note that a Sat Nav will generally tell you to 'turn around now' when you go up Perrymead and up our drive so you need to ignore this and follow our directions.

From City Centre

Head up Prior Park Road; Passing Prior Park Garden Centre on the right;

go past a Honda garage on the left. Slow down as it is easy to miss, then take the second right: [Perrymead] (first right is Lyncombe Vale; 2nd right is almost immediately past that, just round a bend). Drive up Perrymead, keeping to the right past a 'gothic' gate-house; (DO NOT go through the two stone entry pillars on the left); all the lampposts on Perrymead have a painted number on them, starting at 01. Continue up Perrymead, until the road widens and becomes more 'country-like. At lamppost 21, when the road bend to the right, there is a sign on it saying 'No Entry ahead', turn left into the entrance drive, through two stone pillars with 'Fersfield' and 'High Meadow' engraved into them. Follow the drive as it winds up through woods, through two hairpin bends, until Fersfield (a large house, now divided into three) appears on your left.

Bell Tower House is the middle portion of the house by the blue pots. It has a plaque with the house name on it to the left of the door. There is a rope hanging down to pull the bell. Best to drive past the house and reach the garage, beyond which there is room to turn the car round: return to park across from the house by the bank/ stone wall opposite
