We have just completed the sale of our home of 30 years with the help and support of the excellent team at Hamptons in Banbury. We felt confident from the start after the initial visit and discussions with Chris Scott. The team handled all the viewings in a very professional way. Despite dealing with many clients I felt we were treated personally and were recognised when calling the office. When we decided to place the family property on the market we invited eight Estate Agencies to visit and to provide their opinion on the best way to market the property. Of the eight I must say that Chris Scott of Hamptons came across exceptionally well and was well-informed about the local market. As the property was empty and required work Chris guided us through every step of the sale process. Chris, Amanda, Lorraine and Janet all acted very professionally and proactively, providing weekly updates on the viewings and feedback from the potential purchasers. This made the decision making from our aspect much easier enabling us and Hamptons to respond to potential purchasers' enquiries promptly. I would have to say, based on our experience, that should you wish to market your property or look for a suitable property in Banbury and the surrounding areas then I have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons and the excellent staff at the Banbury office.
