  • Layout redesign and recommendations – Review of current layouts with recommendations for salability and capital value enhancements.
  • Conceptual design – Visual brief of the overall specification and design guidance for a project, in line with the prospective purchaser’s demographic and local geography heritage/trends.
  • CGI creation – High-res visual mockup of proposed and finalsied design to aid design and specification decision making as well as off-plan sales marketability.
  • Floorplans, elevations and M&E drawings – Full scaled drawings for final layouts, Electrical and plumbing runs, bespoke joinery elevation, lighting plans etc.
  • Design and specification consultancy – Internal and external design and specification. Creating selected choices to create a coherent design palette for a project, outlining required pricing rates for suppliers to achieve.
  • Supply chain and tender consultancy – Supply tender pack for multiple LOT categories to incumbent and prospective suppliers/manufacturers to tender for a project. Internal down selection with commercial and noncommercial parameters measured to present proposed project supply chain.
  • BOM – Bill of materials – Full internal schedule of a projects bill of materials for the development procurement team to use for ease of purchasing and project sense checking.
  • Internal specification commercial analysis – Granular commercial breakdown for the whole project, broken down into unit analysis, specific specification analysis through to individual item price points to aid commercial and design decision making.
  • Construction and procurement documentation – Floorplans, Elevations, MEP drawings, Specification Sheets, Installation Manuals, Warranty Documents, Mechanical Detail, Metrics per project etc.
  • Contractor collaboration – On-site review of snagging, design implementation, product/material performance and general recommendations at construction stage to mitigate any long-term design and specification risks.
  • Design concepts – Visual representation of the brief in line with the development’s specification, target demographic and local geography.
  • Space planning and drawings – Scaled layout to drive the optimum impact for prospective purchasers, elevation drawings for bespoke joinery and products (inclusive of M&E requirements).
  • Product selection and design – Moodboards (both physical and digitally) showcasing a coherent design scheme in line with the signed-off design concepts.
  • Product detail, specification and pricing – Detailed specification sheets, inventory and schedule, Pricing analysis and breakdown.
  • CGI’s – Showcasing the show home and/or marketing suite to assist with off-plan sales and marketing collateral.
  • Delivery, installation and styling – Warehousing, Product quality checks, installation of every item, Interior Designer on site to guide installation team and install the finishing touches such as artwork, accessories etc.
  • Site survey, briefing meeting, and project appraisal.
  • Design concepts – Visual representation of the brief in line with the development’s specification, target demographic and local geography.
  • Space planning and drawings – Scaled layout to drive the optimum impact for prospective purchasers, elevation drawings for bespoke joinery, refurbishment works and MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing).
  • Product/material selection and design – Moodboards (both physical and digitally) showcasing a coherent design scheme in line with the signed-off design concepts.
  • Product detail, specification and pricing – Detailed specification sheets, inventory and schedule, Pricing analysis and breakdown.
  • Procurement – Purchasing and consolidation of all products and materials in our warehouse facility, with a pre-installation quality check.
  • Arrangement of sub-contractors – Appointment of pre-vetted sub-contractors to deliver refurbishment works such as decoration, bespoke joinery, electrician, plumbing etc. Quality check and snagging for all works.
  • Delivery, installation, and styling – Installation of every item/material. Interior Designer on site to guide installation team and install the finishing touches such as artwork, accessories etc.
  • Collections of furniture from hdesign’s exclusive product range that are designed to a specific property, size, and specification.
  • Ranging price points tailored to the specific requirements of a client.
  • Interactive design software allowing customer to review full products ranges and create their own collection, reviewing product imagery, specification, and pricing. Automated quotation based on client’s product selections.
  • Delivery, assembly, and installation of all items leaving clients property ready for occupation.
  • Wide variety of bespoke made window dressings from Curtains, Roller Blinds, Romans Blinds through to shutters.
  • Core fabric ranges with over 400 fabric and colour choices or the option to the get a totally bespoke fabric from a unique artisan fabric house sourced by our interior design team
