We recently appointed Hamptons as the sales agent to sell our house in third avenue, w10. The process was led on Hamptons side by Ryan Openshaw who did a highly professional job in managing the process from end to end. Ryan was able to generate significant interest on the property and despite dealing with challenging access terms by our tenant he managed the prospective buyers very well to avoid any dips in interest. Throughout the process going into offer, then exchange and finally completion we were kept very well informed as the sellers despite being located permanently in Asia. I would highly recommend Hamptons and specifically Ryan to anyone wishing to sell their property in the area.
