Having already gone through a painful 18 months of dealing with various estate agents in SW London who consistently reinforced the negative stereotype often associated with their profession, I would not have predicted having such a positive experience with the agent we ended up buying our house through. But here we are. Even as buyers it was clear to us that Tom Fitzsimons truly went above and beyond for our seller, which made the whole transaction much less painful that it could (and perhaps should) have been given the circumstances. Any complication that arose he helped find a solution for, and most importantly for us he was incredibly responsive - just a quick WhatsApp message and he would action what needed to be done to keep the sale progressing. Buying / selling a house is a stressful and often emotionally charged experience, for which you need someone you can trust and rely on, and for that I could not recommend Tom more.

I'm the tenant who rented the property from the Hamptons. Joe who works in the branch and his team are really helpful for helping the tenants from moving in to moving out. Great communication skills between landlords and tenants. They have lots of patience, and the team is very polite and friendly. I really recommend this branch for looking for a place to rent in Battersea.
