Case study: Law firm, Tower Bridge

The clients were relocating from Switzerland and were looking for a property to rent within commuting distance of their new law internship through our Tower Bridge Lettings office.       

The Tower Bridge lettings team contacted our Corporate Relocation Services team to introduce them to the new employee of a well-known law firm who had enquired about their rental property search, and that they were completely naive to the London property market, having just relocated. The Corporate Relocation account manager subsequently made an introductory call to the law firm's HR team to offer a complimentary property search to all interns, which they were thrilled to accept.

As their preferred property partner today, our Corporate Relocation Services team houses anywhere between 18 - 30 interns each summer, providing guidance on the market to each employee, so that when they arrive in London, they are ready to view properties and make an offer with the support of their account manager. We have since been asked if the law firm can also offer the service to other employees.
